The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce
- All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped merchandise.
- Within 15 Days at current (Last Discounted) price. Please call the POPO support +923470112259 for more details.
- Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
- Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
- If the return is initiated because of an issue caused by POPO (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product, or other errors attributable to POPO), the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by POPO.
- If the return is initiated for reasons unrelated to POPO’s error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or any other reason not attributable to POPO), the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
- Customers will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of shipping the item back to POPO’s designated return address.
